Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile applications published by Piedra Studios LLC ("Piedra Studios", "we", "us"), including Anótalo en Piedra, Dominó en Piedra, Damas en Piedra and eScuadra (the "Apps"), and to this website. By downloading or using the Apps you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. Use of the Apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Apps, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
2. Entertainment only — no gambling
The Apps are for entertainment and recordkeeping only. Scores, statistics, rankings, seasons, badges and any in-app points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. You may not use the Apps to organize, record or settle bets or gambling of any kind. Any agreement between players is solely their own responsibility.
3. Your information and records
You are responsible for the names, scores and other content you enter. Scores and statistics are calculated from the information entered by users and may contain errors. Information stored on your device can be lost if the device is lost, damaged, reset or the App is deleted. We are not responsible for any loss of data, scores, statistics or records.
4. Online features
If the Apps offer online play, shared groups or rankings, you agree to behave respectfully and not to cheat, harass others, use offensive names or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove access to online features at any time.
5. Advertising and third parties
The Apps may display ads and may rely on services from third parties such as Apple, Google and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, products or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
5b. Business software (eScuadra)
eScuadra is a tool. Each company and user is solely responsible for everything they create, send, sign or decide with it, including estimates, takeoffs, bids, proposals, contracts, invoices, schedules, safety and code compliance, and for the accuracy of the data they enter. Any estimate, takeoff, translation, transcription or suggestion produced with the help of artificial intelligence may contain errors and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified person before it is used. eScuadra does not provide engineering, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice. Piedra Studios LLC is not a party to any agreement between a company and its customers, employees, suppliers or subcontractors, and is not responsible for lost bids, lost jobs, pricing errors, missed deadlines, disputes or damages arising from them. Paid plans, if any, will be governed by the plan terms shown at sign-up.
6. No warranty
THE APPS AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF DATA LOSS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIEDRA STUDIOS LLC AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RECORDS, PROFITS, MONEY OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPS OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN PLAYERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$0 IF THE APP WAS FREE.
8. Indemnity
You agree to hold Piedra Studios LLC harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Apps, the content you enter, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Apps, their names, designs, graphics and code belong to Piedra Studios LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
10. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and Piedra Studios LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the Apps. If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
11. Changes and termination
We may change the Apps or these Terms, or stop offering any App, at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

- eScuadra es una herramienta: cada compañía y usuario es el único responsable de lo que crea, envía, firma o decide con ella (estimados, takeoffs, licitaciones, propuestas, contratos, facturas, cumplimiento de códigos y seguridad). Todo lo que se produzca con ayuda de inteligencia artificial puede tener errores y debe revisarlo y aprobarlo una persona calificada. Piedra Studios LLC no es parte de los acuerdos de la compañía con sus clientes, empleados, proveedores o subcontratistas, y no responde por licitaciones perdidas, errores de precio, atrasos, disputas ni daños.
- Las apps de juegos de Piedra Studios LLC son para entretenimiento y para llevar la cuenta de tus partidas, de uso personal y no comercial.
- No son para apuestas. Los puntos, estadísticas, rankings, temporadas e insignias no tienen valor en dinero. Cualquier acuerdo entre jugadores es responsabilidad de ellos.
- Tú eres responsable de lo que escribes. Las estadísticas salen de los datos que se anotan y pueden tener errores. Los datos guardados en tu teléfono se pueden perder; Piedra Studios no se hace responsable por pérdida de datos, puntos ni récords.
- Las Apps se ofrecen "tal como están", sin garantías de ningún tipo.
- En la máxima medida que permite la ley, Piedra Studios LLC y su dueño no son responsables por daños indirectos, pérdida de datos, dinero o récords, ni por disputas entre jugadores.
- En las funciones en línea hay que jugar con respeto: sin trampas, acoso ni nombres ofensivos.
